Job Summary
Provide dedicated, one-on-one care for pediatric patients with high acuity needs in the home, focusing fully on the child and their family. Deliver skilled nursing using clinical judgment with confidence, supported by 24/7 on-call clinical staff and respiratory therapists for training and mentorship. Manage clear care plans and physician orders while adhering to CDC safety guidelines with PPE provided. Requires current, active Texas RN license, BLS CPR card, and experience with G-tubes, trachs, or vents.
