Job Summary
Provide dedicated, one-on-one care for pediatric patients with high acuity needs in the home, focusing fully on the child and family while using clinical judgment with confidence. Deliver skilled nursing in a calm, controlled environment supported by 24/7 clinical assistance, clear care plans, and physician orders. Maintain CDC-aligned safety protocols with provided PPE, including masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer. Requires a current, active Texas RN license, BLS CPR certification, and experience with G-tubes, trach, or vents. Weekly pay and direct deposit are available alongside comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
