Job Summary
Provide dedicated, one-on-one care for pediatric patients with high acuity needs in the home, focusing fully on the child and family while using clinical judgment with confidence. Manage care plans aligned with physician orders and ensure CDC safety guidelines are followed with provided PPE. Maintain consistent relationships with patients and families while utilizing 24/7 on-call clinical support and respiratory therapist mentorship for training and competency development in areas such as G-tube, trach, and vent care. Requires current active Florida RN license, BLS CPR card, and relevant experience or willingness to train.
Required Qualifications
- Current, active Florida RN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)

- Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no cost if needed)
- Hour DOEA Alzheimer's Video (provided free of cost on DOEA website)
