Job Summary
Provide dedicated, one-on-one care for pediatric patients with high acuity needs in the home, focusing fully on the child and family while exercising clinical judgment. Manage clear care plans and physician orders, utilizing an easy-to-use employee portal to request shifts that fit your schedule and preferences. This role offers weekly pay, direct deposit, and paid time off with flexible scheduling. You will receive training and competency support from respiratory therapists on staff, alongside 24/7 on-call clinical support to ensure safety and confidence. PPE is provided in every home, including masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer aligned with CDC guidelines. A valid Pennsylvania RN license, BLS CPR card, and driver's license are required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania RN License or Multistate License
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
- Valid driver's license
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
