Job Summary
Affirmed Home Care is seeking Per Diem Pediatric Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients' homes across Fairfield County, CT. Nurses care for medically complex pediatric clients with shifts typically 8–12 hours and flexible day/night options. Earn $55/hour with weekly direct deposit, sign-on/referral bonuses, and streamlined onboarding. Requires active CT RN license, current BLS, and at least 1 year of nursing experience; pediatric/home care/PICU/NICU or medically complex patient experience strongly preferred; tracheostomy and ventilator experience preferred. Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible to work in the United States; medical clearance includes recent physical and TB testing requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Active Connecticut RN license
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
- Pediatric, home care, PICU, NICU, or medically complex patient experience strongly preferred
- Tracheostomy and ventilator experience strongly preferred
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license
- Physical exam within the past 12 months
- PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year, or chest X-ray within 5 years
