Job Summary
Provide dedicated, one-on-one pediatric home health care for patients with high acuity needs, focusing fully on the child and family while utilizing clinical judgment in a calm environment. Deliver skilled nursing for conditions requiring G-tube, trach, or vent experience, supported by 24/7 on-call clinical assistance and respiratory therapist mentorship. Maintain patient safety through strict adherence to CDC guidelines with provided PPE, clear care plans, and physician orders. Maintain an active Florida RN license and current BLS CPR certification, with optional training in G-tube, trach, or vent care.
Required Qualifications
- Current, active Florida RN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course
