Job Summary
Provide dedicated, one-on-one care for pediatric patients with high acuity needs in the home, utilizing clinical judgment with confidence. Manage care plans and physician orders while maintaining consistent relationships with the child and their family. Maintain current, active Florida RN licensure, BLS CPR certification, and TB testing, with experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, and vent care. Participate in weekly pay cycles and flexible scheduling supported by 24/7 clinical mentorship from respiratory therapists.
Required Qualifications
- Current, active Florida RN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course
