Required Qualifications
- RN license in good standing

Desired Qualifications
- Pediatric experience (2+ years preferred)
- Experience with medically fragile or technology-dependent children
- NICU/PICU experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
