Job Summary
Pediatric home-health RN delivering skilled nursing care in the home setting during night shifts; focuses on one-on-one patient care, family partnership, and individualized care plans. Responsibilities include providing skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in the home, supporting daily clinical needs, building consistent relationships through ongoing patient assignments, and adapting care across assigned homes based on schedule and fit. Night shift schedule is 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM with weekly pay, in Lubbock, TX. Requires Active Texas RN license, 1+ year nursing experience, pediatric home health or private duty experience preferred, BLS/CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license.
