Pediatric Registered Nurse

Provide individualized nursing care for medically complex and technology-dependent children in a structured day health environment. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including therapists, case managers, social workers, and medical directors to deliver coordinated, holistic care. Conduct daily assessments and ongoing monitoring of vital signs, developmental progress, and overall health status. Administer medications, nutritional feedings (including G-tube), respiratory treatments (e.g., trach care, suctioning), and other physician-ordered therapies. Perform clinical procedures such as catheter care, seizure management, wound care, and ventilator monitoring. Maintain accurate EMRs and nursing documentation; participate in care-plan development and family care conferences; contribute to progress reports. Support developmental and play-based therapies; educate families on home care routines and equipment usage; ensure infection control standards and safety protocols. Flexible scheduling and day-shift readiness are highlighted as part of the role.
