Job Summary
Pediatric Registered Nurse to join Adelante Healthcare in Mesa, AZ. Responsible for triage calls using clinical decision support tools across adult primary care, OB, and pediatric populations; participates in team and quality improvement initiatives; facilitates patient education; coordinates continuity of care with external healthcare organizations; conducts comprehensive preventive screenings; promotes clear communication within the care team; handles medication reconciliation, refills, referrals, and prior authorizations; assists with insulin titration for diabetic patients; supports patient exams and data collection; collaborates on program evaluation and tool development. Requires RN license, AZ board eligibility in good standing, CPR/AED certification, fingerprint clearance, and 1-5 years clinical experience; proficient in Microsoft Office and patient management systems.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Licensed with AZ State Board of nursing; license in good standing
- Advanced computer efficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience in Patient Management System
- CPR and AED certification per American Heart Association/Red Cross guidelines
- Valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card from AZ DPS for specialty behavioral health locations
- 2-5 years of experience in a clinical setting
