Job Summary
Perform pediatric radiographic procedures requiring sound anatomical positioning and physiology knowledge, applying ionizing radiation for diagnostic imaging with minimum supervision. Utilize initiative and ingenuity to handle cases independently. Maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and hold ARRT registration and South Carolina licensure. Work 36 weekly hours on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. This role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and up to $5,000 relocation bonus at the Medical University of South Carolina's Level 1 Trauma Center.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of radiologic technology
- 0 to 2 years of modality specific work experience
- Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- Licensure from the South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Providers or an American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider
