Job Summary
Perform pediatric radiographic procedures requiring sound anatomical positioning and physiology knowledge, applying ionizing radiation for diagnostic imaging with minimal supervision. Conduct exams using initiative and ingenuity to meet patient needs. Requires ARRT registration, South Carolina licensure, and current BLS certification. New grads welcome with 0–2 years of modality-specific experience. Includes $10,000 sign-on bonus and up to $5,000 relocation bonus for qualified candidates. Work 40 weekly hours at Medical University Hospital Authority's Level 1 Trauma Center.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of radiologic technology
- 0 to 2 years of modality specific work experience
- Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- Licensure from the South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Providers or an American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider
