Job Summary
Pediatric Pulmonology opportunity in Columbia, SC joining an established group to provide care within a comprehensive pediatric CF and PCD program. The role includes participation in a Therapeutics Development Network (TDN) center with a full PFT lab and bronchoscopy service, teaching medical students and residents, and involvement in quality improvement, research, and clinical trials with academic appointments through the University of South Carolina School of Medicine. Relocation is paid and the department offers a collaborative academic environment with strong clinical and teaching components.
Required Qualifications
- BC/BE pediatric pulmonologist
- Academic appointments at University of South Carolina School of Medicine or teaching medical students and residents
- Experience in CF and PCD programs and involvement in clinical trials (TDN center)
- Bronchoscopy service and PFT lab experience
- 1:4 call ratio
