PEDIATRIC PULMONARY MEDICINE

Recruiting a Pediatric Pulmonologist to join the Division of Pediatric Pulmonology within Albany Med Health System. The physician provides inpatient and outpatient consultative care and collaborates across multidisciplinary clinics including CF care. The candidate must be fellowship trained and board certified or eligible in pediatric pulmonology. The position is an academic appointment (assistant professor) with a competitive base salary range of $195,000–$206,000 plus incentive bonus opportunities; rank and salary commensurate with experience. The division supports a 24-county region and operates the region's only accredited CF Center, with a full pulmonary function laboratory and extensive clinical tools and facilities. Albany Med Health System is described as the region’s not-for-profit academic medical system serving northeastern New York and western New England, with collaborations across pediatrics, critical care, neonatology, and other subspecialties, and includes teaching and mentorship of medical students and advanced practice providers.
