Job Summary
RN/LPN – Pediatric Private Duty Nursing in-home care for pediatric patients. Provide skilled, patient-centered nursing in patients' homes with 1:1 patient/nurse assignments. 12-hour shifts with day and overnight options, training provided for new grads, W2 employment with full benefits, 24/7 leadership support, onboarding, and opportunities for professional growth. Responsibilities include delivering nursing care within licensure scope, maintaining clinical documentation, monitoring patient responses, communicating changes to physicians/nurse supervisors, educating patients and families on care needs, participating in QAPI activities, and upholding confidentiality and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered RN or LPN license in state of employment (compact license accepted where applicable)
- CPR certification (in-person, instructor-led)
- Background screening (Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse or state equivalent)
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance (where applicable)
- TB screening (state-specific)
- Hep B screening (state-specific)
