Job Summary
Provide professional home-health nursing services under the Clinical Supervisor, including physical assessments, care-plan development, and supervision of LPN/LVNs and HHAs. Ensure adherence to the state Nurse Practice Act and agency policies; maintain confidentiality; promote safety and infection control; delegate tasks per scope of practice; engage in ongoing professional self-development; communicate changes in patient condition to the medical practitioner and care team.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of operation
- BSN preferred
- Current CPR certification
- Licensed driver with automobile insured in accordance with state and/or Agency requirements
