Pediatric Private Duty Nurse (PDN) - RN/LPN - 1:1 Ratio

Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care to a pediatric or young adult patient in their home, managing complex needs such as trach/vent management, G-tube feeding, and related monitoring. Build a real relationship with the family who will come to rely on you for their child's daily well-being. Work flexible schedules including days, nights, or weekends across multiple cases in Missouri, with pay discussed at interview based on experience. Active RN or LPN license required; pediatric experience and familiarity with ventilator or G-tube care are a plus. 24/7 on-call support and paid training provided to ensure you are never navigating a tough case alone.
