Job Summary
Pediatric Private Duty LPN with direct in-home nursing responsibilities across Kissimmee, Saint Cloud, and surrounding areas. Provide nursing care per physician plan of care to acutely or chronically ill pediatric patients in home settings; document visits thoroughly in the electronic medical record; participate in care coordination and communicate with patients, families, physicians, and care teams. Flexible shifts include weekdays, weekends, nights, and days; requires infection control adherence, strong communication, and ability to work independently within home-care environments.
Required Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse licensure in state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation
- Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client
