Pediatric Physician (MD/DO) - UNC Caldwell

Pediatric Physician opportunity in outpatient setting with a collaborative team of five providers. Responsibilities include a mix of newborn, child, and adolescent well checks and acute visits, with mental health considerations, on-site dietician, phlebotomist with in-building lab and CBC machine, and occasional X-ray availability. Schedule typically four clinic days per week (about 20 patients per day) with a call component (approximately 1 in 6) covering ED/UC calls and back-up triage for local patients; limited inpatient pediatrics admissions. Operates within The Falls Pediatrics at Granite Falls, NC, in a full-time, onsite role with a diverse practice environment and proximity to regional educational and recreational opportunities.
