Pediatric Physician (MD/DO) needed for a traditional outpatient practice in Granite Falls, NC. Join a collaborative team of 5 providers in a busy/mature pediatric setting with a mix of newborns, children and adolescents. Responsibilities include well checks and acute visits (average ~20 patients/day) with mental health components, inpatient and ED/UC call coverage (approximately 1 in 6 calls, limited inpatient admissions), and on-site support (dietician, phlebotomist, CBC, POCT, and sporadic X-ray). Practice is housed at The Falls Pediatrics in Granite Falls, within UNC Health Medical Group, offering 36 hours per week onsite with day-time schedule. The role emphasizes outpatient care within a 4-day workweek structure, with call duties described and a strong team-based environment.
