Pediatric Physician (MD/DO) - UNC Caldwell

Pediatric Physician (MD/DO) for a traditional outpatient pediatrics position with a collaborative team of 5 providers. Clinic volume roughly 20 patients per day, seeing newborns through adolescents with well checks and acute visits, including mental health. On-site dietician, phlebotomist, lab with POCT CBC, and X-ray available in-building most days. Call duty 1 in 6, including ED/UC calls and back-up triage for Mulberry and Falls patients, with typically fewer than 10 calls per week and occasional nights with no calls. Limited general inpatient pediatric admissions (less than 15/year). Located at The Falls Pediatrics, Granite Falls, NC, in an onsite role with UNC Health Medical Group; full-time, day schedule, onsite work.
