Pediatric Physician

Conduct outpatient pediatric care for 18-20 patients daily across bread-and-butter and higher-complexity specialties including ADD/ADHD. Practice with advanced practice providers at each clinic without inpatient care requirements. Ramp up in 2-3 months with stable, growing patient volumes while maintaining a 4-day workweek with Monday-Friday clinic hours. Manage a light, evenly shared 1:7 call with after-hours triage support. Bring strong charting, documentation, responsiveness, and communication skills to the role within a collaborative clinic culture focused on improving workflows.
