Job Summary
Inpatient pediatric care with a behavioral health focus in a hospital setting; participate in daily rounds, interdisciplinary care planning, and collaboration with Psychiatry on co-existing conditions. Contribute to program development, quality initiatives, and team growth; leadership mentorship and potential medical directorship available. Involvement in optional academic/teaching activities and a physician-led environment with a large network of 230+ physicians across 29 specialties.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board-certified in pediatrics OR eligible
- Hospitalist experience in inpatient pediatrics
- Behavioral health focus or experience
- Ability to participate in rounds and care planning
- Collaboration with Psychiatry and multidisciplinary teams
- Interest in leadership development and possible medical directorship
- Optional academic or teaching involvement
