Job Summary
Conduct pediatric physical and occupational therapy services for infants through adolescents with diagnoses including autism, cerebral palsy, and orthopedic conditions in Fayetteville and Lumberton, NC. Deliver care across outpatient, early intervention, school, and hospital settings, collaborating cross-disciplinarily with speech therapy and other therapists. Manage patient populations with developmental, neurological, and physical challenges while maintaining flexible full-time or part-time schedules with no appointments after 6:00 PM. Eligible licensed PTs or OTs in North Carolina will receive mentorship, professional development, and access to international mission trips within a supportive, people-first environment.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed PT or OT in North Carolina (or eligible for licensure)
- Work location: Fayetteville & Lumberton, NC
Desired Qualifications
- Pediatric experience preferred (outpatient, early intervention, schools, or pediatric hospital)
- Open to therapists with a strong interest in transitioning into pediatrics if they have transferable experience
- Passionate about working with children with developmental, neurological, orthopedic, and physical challenges
