Job Summary
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with medically complex needs, providing direct physical therapy services in the home setting. Support skill development related to mobility, strength, balance, and gross motor function while monitoring progress to adjust plans for meaningful outcomes. Recommend adaptive equipment, train families on proper use, and partner closely with parents to encourage carryover between visits. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide coordinated, child-centered care and maintain accurate documentation including evaluations and progress reports. This role offers flexible part-time scheduling with caseloads ready to go in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, featuring a $3,000 sign-on bonus and access to an online training platform with over 1,000 professional development videos.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program, DPT or equivalent
- Active Physical Therapy license in Texas
