Job Summary
Provide in-home pediatric physical therapy services in the Dallas-Fort Worth area as a full-time PT. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address mobility, strength, coordination, balance, gross motor development, and functional movement, while collaborating with families to ensure carryover between visits. Deliver direct physical therapy in the home setting, document evaluations and progress notes, and advise on adaptive equipment or assistive devices. Work with an interdisciplinary team to deliver child-centered, family-focused care and support families in daily routines.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program, DPT or equivalent
- Active Physical Therapy license in Texas
- Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
- Home health experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with children and families
- A compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented approach to care
- Commitment to providing high-quality, family-centered therapy
