Job Summary
Pediatric Physical Therapist needed to provide in-home and clinic-based pediatric therapy in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, deliver direct physical therapy services in home settings, support mobility and gross motor development, train families on equipment use, document evaluations and progress, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver child-centered, family-focused care in the child’s natural environment. Role offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for professional development and a supportive leadership team.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program, DPT or equivalent
- Active Physical Therapy license in Texas
- Pediatric experience preferred but not required
- Home health experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with children and families
- Commitment to providing high-quality, family-centered therapy
