Job Summary
Provide in-home physical therapy to children in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and clinic-based pediatric therapy; develop and implement individualized treatment plans; support mobility, strength, balance, coordination, gross motor development, and functional movement; monitor progress and adjust treatment plans; train families on proper use of adaptive equipment and assistive devices; collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and maintain accurate documentation; requires DPT or equivalent and an active Texas PT license; offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus and flexible scheduling for a full-time role in Pediatric Partners (Sevita family).
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program, DPT or equivalent
- Active Physical Therapy license in Texas
- Pediatric experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with children and families
- Commitment to family-centered therapy
