Job Summary
Evaluate and treat pediatric patients in a home health setting across Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio, El Paso, and Amarillo. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals, then implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions. Educate families and caregivers on therapy strategies and progress while maintaining accurate and timely documentation. Collaborate with interdisciplinary therapy teams to ensure coordinated care. Requires an active Texas PT or PTA license, CPR certificate, and reliable transportation with auto insurance. Full-time candidates receive a salary between $74,100 and $91,000, including comprehensive benefits such as 401(k) matching, health insurance, and continuing education credits.
