Pediatric Physical Therapist/ PTA (Part time/Full time) Lavon/Josephine/Nevada

Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations using standardized tests to determine patient needs. Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physician orders while creating home exercise programs in partnership with caregivers. Coordinate care across medical disciplines and complete weekly patient visits as required. Maintain accurate documentation including chart updates, progress summaries, and call logs. Adhere to all agency policies, federal, state, and local laws governing home-health pediatric physical therapy. This part-time role is based in the DFW division, serving families in the Lavon, Nevada, and Josephine areas.
