Job Summary
Pediatric Physical Therapist/ PTA needed for home-based pediatric therapy in the Rowlett, TX area. Responsibilities include performing comprehensive PT evaluations using standardized tests, developing and implementing treatment plans aligned with physician orders, creating home exercise programs with caregivers, coordinating care with healthcare providers, and ensuring timely patient visits and thorough charting. Must adhere to agency policies, ethics, and state/federal regulations for home-health pediatric PT. Bonus points for 3+ years in pediatrics, home-health experience, specialty certifications, and bilingual (English/Spanish).
