Job Summary
Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations, develop treatment plans aligned with physician orders, and create home exercise programs in partnership with patients’ caregivers. Collaborate with other providers to coordinate patient care, complete minimum weekly visits, and ensure timely chart updates and documentation while adhering to agency policies, ethics, and applicable laws. Requires a Texas PT license and offers both full-time and part-time employment with benefits and mileage reimbursement.
