Job Summary
Provide evidence-based Physical Therapy in the home and community for pediatric patients. Perform evaluations, reassessments, and develop treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. Implement interventions under supervision, educate families on daily carryover, and coordinate care with physicians. Develop home exercise programs and document all services in an EMR system while maintaining compliance with clinical standards. Full-time and part-time options available with flexible scheduling based on caseload.
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license (Texas)
- Current CPR certification
- At least 1 year of experience working as a Physical Therapist
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year of pediatric experience
- Home health experience
- Bilingual: English and Spanish
