Job Summary
Provide evidence-based Physical Therapy in the home and community, including performing evaluations, reassessments, and developing treatment plans for pediatric patients. Implement treatment protocols to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and functional independence while educating families for daily carryover. Coordinate care with physicians, develop home exercise programs, and document all services in an EMR system to maintain regulatory compliance. Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license (Texas)
- Current CPR certification
