Job Summary
Provide outpatient pediatric physical therapy and collaborate with families and the care team. Responsibilities include writing progress reports, providing parent and staff training to support individualized goals, and partnering with families and team members to help children shine. Requirements include an Oklahoma Physical Therapist license (PT) with consideration for a PTA, outpatient pediatric experience, and strong communication skills. The role offers full-time or part-time hours with flexible afternoon/evening/weekend scheduling for working with Pre-K kids. The center emphasizes compassionate care, individualized services, and a supportive team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Oklahoma Physical Therapist licensed
- We will consider a PTA
- Outpatient pediatric experience
- Working with children on the autism spectrum is a PLUS
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Energy, animation, and a genuine passion for helping kids reach their full potential
