Job Summary
Deliver personalized, evidence-based pediatric physical therapy to children with developmental and neurological diagnoses in an outpatient clinic. Develop treatment plans focused on gross motor skills, balance, coordination, mobility, and functional independence, using play-based and child-led interventions to promote engagement and progress. Document care accurately in Raintree EMR, partner closely with families to promote carryover at home, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (OT, SLP) to support holistic child-centered care. Eligible clinicians will have CAPTE-accredited PT training and licensure/eligibility, with a focus on serving children and families and advancing within clinical and leadership tracks.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active state Physical Therapy or Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility for licensure
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills
- Passion for working with children and delivering family-centered care
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered therapy
