Job Summary
Pediatric Physical Therapist to work in home health in Colorado Springs. Set your own schedule and driving radius, with input on your caseload, working in children's homes to maximize impact. Collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team that communicates effectively. Requires Master’s or Doctoral PT degree and a Colorado PT license (or eligibility). Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license, enjoy pediatric home health and family-centered care, and be comfortable managing an autonomous field schedule. Responsibilities include delivering pediatric PT services in-home, coordinating with families, and mentoring PTAs or new grads as you grow. Compensation offered per visit with potential incentives, gas stipend, and comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, PTO, CE stipend, professional liability coverage). Required Qualifications
- Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited PT program
- Colorado PT license (or currently eligible)
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
