Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to improve strength, mobility, balance, and functional independence in pediatric home health settings. Implement physician-approved plans of care using evidence-based interventions while providing caregiver education to support progress outside sessions. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed, collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care. One-on-one patient care is delivered in flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules with manageable caseloads and a gradual ramp-up for new hires.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Texas Physical Therapy license, or eligible to obtain licensure before the anticipated start date
Desired Qualifications
- One year of experience preferred
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
