Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to improve pediatric strength, mobility, and functional independence. Provide one-on-one therapy sessions in home, daycare, and school environments while delivering caregiver education and monitoring progress to adjust plans as needed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care and supervise Physical Therapist Assistants where applicable. Flexible scheduling options include Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN roles with manageable caseloads and a gradual ramp-up period for new hires.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Texas Physical Therapy license, or eligible to obtain licensure before the anticipated start date
Desired Qualifications
- One year of experience preferred
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
