Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans and goals for pediatric patients in home, daycare, and school environments. Provide physical therapy services to improve strength, mobility, balance, coordination, and functional independence while implementing physician-approved plans of care. Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and provide caregiver education to support continued progress outside sessions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care and supervise Physical Therapist Assistants when applicable. Choose your own days and hours from flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules with a manageable caseload. Earn $60.00–$70.00 per hour with a sign-on bonus available.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Texas Physical Therapy license, or eligible to obtain licensure before the anticipated start date
Desired Qualifications
- One year of experience preferred
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
