Job Summary
Provide physical therapy to children and families in the clinic, schools, and homes while overseeing a team of Physical Therapists. Deliver individualized therapy implementing approaches such as DIR/Floortime, Developmental Treatment, Motor Skills Acquisition, and the Intentional Relationship Model (IRM). Collaborate daily with occupational and speech therapists, as well as social workers, and document progress to communicate with families. Offer mentorship, clinical guidance, and performance feedback to ensure consistency in care delivery. Set schedule Monday-Thursday, 10-6:30pm and Friday, 9-5:30pm at 1409 W. Carroll Ave. Chicago, IL.
Required Qualifications
- Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT)
- Provide physical therapy to children and families
- Oversee a team of Physical Therapists
- Work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Work with individuals with ADHD
- Work with individuals with sensory processing disorder
- Work with other neurodiverse needs
- Foster each child's mobility
- Foster gross motor development
