Job Summary
Conduct evidence-based pediatric physical therapy in the home and community, including evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring. Develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and motor development, while educating families for carryover in daily routines. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, document care in an electronic medical record system, and maintain compliance with clinical standards. Full-time and part-time options available with flexible scheduling based on caseload.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license (Colorado)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year of pediatric experience (new grads welcome!)
- Home health experience
