Job Summary
Provide evidence-based pediatric physical therapy in the home and community, performing evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and motor development. Educate families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines while collaborating with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams. Document care in an electronic medical record system and maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards. This role requires an active, unrestricted Texas PT license, one year of experience, and current CPR certification. Full-time and part-time options are available with flexible scheduling based on availability and caseload.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license (Texas)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current CPR certification
- At least 1 year of experience working as a Physical Therapist
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year of pediatric experience
- Home health experience
- Bilingual: English and Spanish
