Job Summary
Assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and provide skilled therapy interventions for children with developmental delays, autism, cerebral palsy, and sensory disorders. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan goals, instruct families on treatment, and report progress to physicians. Maintain documentation via computer-based programs while managing a mixed caseload. This role requires a Georgia license, CPR certification, and relocation to Winder, GA. Flexible work hours, paid paperwork time, and weekly bonuses are available.
Required Qualifications
- Current license as a Physical Therapist in Georgia
- CPR certification
- Ability to relate professionally and positively and work cooperatively with patients, families, and other employees at all levels
- Ability to Relocate to Winder, GA
