Job Summary
Evaluate patient needs for pediatric or orthopedic cases and develop appropriate treatment plans based on physician directives and agency policies. Provide care and treatment to patients while instructing family members, physical therapists, and home health aides in proper techniques. Manage a full pediatric caseload or a combination of pediatric and orthopedic patients with manageable workloads to deliver individualized treatment. Licensed Physical Therapist in New York with pediatric experience preferred. Mandatory certifications in First Aid, AED, and CPR required. Full-time role with competitive base salary of $85,000-$105,000 plus incentive compensation. Benefits include 401(k) matching, generous PTO, and a student loan repayment program.
