Job Summary
Physical Therapist provides skilled evaluation and treatment for children with diagnoses ages 0-21, maintains a billable caseload in a pediatric clinic, collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, supports families with home program strategies, and engages in documentation and continuing education; telehealth experience is welcomed, and bilingual abilities are a plus. Required Qualifications
- Current license as a Physical Therapist issued by the state of Kentucky
- Graduated from an accredited APTA program for Physical Therapy
- CPR and First Aid Certification
- Experience with or desire to learn Telehealth (plus)
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
