Job Summary
Conduct outpatient pediatric physical therapy for children from birth to age twenty-one, providing individualized one-to-one attention and customized plans of care. Encourage parents and caregivers to attend sessions so they can carry skills and home exercises into their child's daily life. Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team in physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA) services while maintaining autonomy and receiving mentorship. Deliver best-in-class care with reasonable caseloads to focus on individualized treatment plans, supported by resources for professional development and continuing education.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current or pending licensure as a Physical Therapist within the respective state
- Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care
