Job Summary
Screen, test, evaluate, diagnose, and treat injuries, diseases, and disabilities using physical therapy procedures and modalities. Conduct evaluations and treatments according to professional standards, develop care plans with specific goals, and consult with patients, families, and caregivers. Collaborate with care teams to deliver quality, patient-centered care while supervising assistants, aides, and students. Maintain thorough patient records, complete billing accurately, and participate in quality improvement processes and utilization review audits. Engage in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to program development strategies. This role is located at the Layton Clinic in Layton, Utah, with 30 scheduled weekly hours.
Required Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist license in states where you work.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
- Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess skill sets and experience with target population of job setting.
