Job Summary

Screen, test, evaluate, and treat injuries, diseases, and disabilities using physical therapy procedures and modalities while consulting with patients, families, and caregivers. Conduct evaluations and treatments according to professional standards, develop care plans with specific goals, and supervise assistants, aides, and students to ensure high-quality care. Maintain thorough patient records, complete billing accurately, and communicate effectively with physicians and healthcare providers. Participate in quality improvement processes, utilization review audits, and interdisciplinary meetings to improve clinical outcomes and patient access. Contribute to program development and marketing strategies to grow the physical therapy program. This role supports the Layton Clinic within Intermountain Health, focusing on delivering patient-centered care and fostering a culture of wellness.

Required Qualifications

  • Current Physical Therapist license in states where you work.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
  • Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Possess skill sets and experience with target population of job setting.
